Can anyone give me insight into the crafting upgrade. All things I have read so far say its unlocked at lvl 24. 
I and Lvl 25 and have not seen the option to upgrade the crafting station. Do you have to loot the blueprint first, or is there a specific criteria that you have to satisfy?
