[2023] The Division 2 : incredible latency.....

Hi !

Since the last update I have SO MUCH LATENCY in the game, it's just IMPOSSIBLE to play.....

1st : The game still blocked for 4mn on the 100% loading screen....
2nd : 3-4s latency in missions ( 1 complete clip of my Chameleon used on a basic enemy with red life bar = he died 2s after the bar gone....., when I pick a bag = loot appears 2-3s after... )

I tested many others online games : NO PROBLEMS
I tested my connection : 12ms ping and +800Mo download/600Mo upload.....

Any people encounter same issue ?
