Dear Ubisoft customer service, Hello

the game I just bought was blocked 2, and it was suddenly banned for no reason. I played for 4 hours and 21 minutes, level 8, e-point 226, PVP kill 0, dark area level 0. I didn't change any data of the game. I love this game, when I play When I found that this game was discounted, I immediately bought it. I also bought other games in Ubisoft. Other games are played normally and do not break the balance of the game. I hope you can help me check it accurately. Thank you
