[2023] The Summit exit screen

hello so every time I exit The Summit, I get a weird screen with black and purple and I can't do anything in game. I must exit the game.
I have like 30hours+ and this started happening only in "the Summit".

I re installed the game, the drivers, even updated it, lowered graphics.
I don't know what else to do
please help
