Hello,

I tried to play last night and was unable to launch the game. I went into Ubisoft Connect and tried to verify files but was unable to as it was blocked off. I also tried to uninstall so i can reinstall but was also unable to, saying i was missing some files. Can i get some help on this? I am suspecting it may be Norton360 installed on my PC. The last time i was able to play was on Monday. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there @DeadChicken4444, you might be right on the money with your thinking that Norton360 is preventing you from properly launching Ubisoft Connect. If you're still running into this issue, I would recommend temporarily disabling your antivirus and then following the steps below.

  1. Reinstall Ubisoft Connect.
  2. Verify the game files for The Division 2.
  3. Launch the game without the antivirus running. If you can do so successfully you should also take this time to whitelist Ubisoft Connect and the game itself in your antivirus.


After this, reactivate your antivirus and see if you're able to start the game up like normal! If not, please take a screenshot of the error messages you get and send that my way!
