[2019] Specialty ammo is still not dropping

Guys this is getting embarrassing. I may be wrong but i'm assuming you guys have a group of people you pay to test your patches for you? Those people are scamming you. They aren't actually testing your patches, they are just telling you they did and that it's all good to go, but they are lying. You should consider replacing those people or maybe giving them a good kick in the ***. You said you fixed it but it's not fixed so something is going on. A simple play through one mission would have revealed that it is not fixed. This along with the world tier 5 loot being worse than the world tier 4 loot, skills still being terrible, gear sets being terrible etc. The people you pay to test your game are suppose to tell you "hey, this isn't right, you need to buff this stuff, it's worse than world tier 4 loot" and "hey these gear sets are worse than high end gear, you need to buff them" and "hey the specialty ammo still isn't fixed, don't say you fixed it in the patch notes, don't want you guys to look like liars".
