[2019] Hunters still won't respawn after update!

So I read in the patch notes that you can now respawn the hunters to receive the keys that didn't drop the first time. I am missing 2 keys and I know with certainty that Midas or Revennant did not drop a key so I returned to the pool today to respawn them again but no joy. Went to try some of the others but again no go. Is anybody else trying to get missing keys having the same problem? And has anybody been successful in repawning them today?
