In my game DZ South Recon did not initiate after DZ East Recon is completed (hardcore mode). I even went in DZ East but the DZ South recon still indicates that DZ East recon is required. I entered DZ East after the New York campain.

If you are still having trouble getting the DZ South Recon side mission started, can you take a screenshot showing that you have completed DZ East Recon, then record a short video showing what happens when you approach the DZ South area?
The video can be uploaded to YouTube, then you can reply to this thread with a link so that I can review it.
