In the character select screen on the left theres "Ubisoft Connect" and "Store". Whenever I click on these they never work.

Clicking Ubisoft Connect states "....is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"

Clicking Store states "Error - The store is empty" but then takes me to a screen with Reign of Fire Season Pass to buy for 1000 credits.
Unfortunately Ive got no credits so I click "F Get Credits", it tells me store is empty again and then a pop up says "Rewards are temporarily unavailable try again later"

Its always been like this but its never been a bother to me as I just play the vanilla game.

Now I want Season 11. How am I supposed to buy the new Season?

Hey there @xxBinaryxx, sorry to see you were having some trouble with the in-game store and Ubisoft Connect. Oftentimes these issues are caused by an out of date installation of the Ubisoft Connect client, or a permissions issue where the client can't access certain files that it needs to.

For these problems, try the following:

  1. Reinstall Ubisoft Connect, this will force an update to the newest version, and make sure that the program was installed with administrator privileges.
  2. Double check that Ubisoft Connect is launching with administrator rights.
  3. Try to open the Ubisoft Connect overlay in-game (Shift + F2 by default). If you are not able to, make sure it's turned on through the launcher settings!
