I checked around but have not scene this mentioned. If you have a friend who is at level 30 that invites you to their game do not go to the Specialization Counter in BoO. This will trigger a tutorial that you cannot progress through as you do not have access to specializations and you also can't back out of. This happened on PS4.
After messing around for around I was unable to to get out of this soft locked state. No button inputs worked as the tutorial only allowed you to choose a specialization to proceed. The only way I could get it was by closing the application.
