[2019] Is drop rate fair.......

For 15 days I've done nothing more than run raid, over 12 hours a day, I've got well over 180 hours just running raid etc...I'm on console so it has been a miserable experience, looking through the community, meeting toxic players etc. With a core group of players I completed it several days ago.. And to be honest with the right players it is fairly easy.. On my second completion of raid we took 2 guys from clan who had never made it to razorback before.. They both got the eagle bearer.. My question is this. Why is it fair for somebody who has only ran raid for maybe 12 hours to get the best weapon on the game, whilst myself and many others put up to 200 hours each to formulate a system and a strategy to path the way for our new members.. We get nothing.. I'm glad my new members got the exotic ar and good for them, they can now go and carry on enjoying the content with the most powerful weapon in the game. Whilst myself and many other will be stuck for 4 more weeks, stuck in the raid.. Educating people, stressing with players, scouring communities.. It's a hard slog which brings no excitement. 0.4% of PlayStation player base have completed raid. It's to hard on console for the majority of its player base. For completing it alone on ps4 should give you the exotic ar... It feels so unfair and so unrewarding... I have all other exotics and I'd maxed my character out after 4 days from release.... Why does everything have to be blocked or restricted in this game, why can't they just let the shackles of the game and allow people to grind wherever they want and play the game how they feel without feeling that content and gear is beyond there reach.
