[2019] Specialized Weapons not receiving Ammo

Anyone heard about the specialized weapons not getting ammo?? I have the grenade launcher, and I can not pick up ammo, nor do I receive ammo when the 'bar' maxes out. The ammo count is 0/0, and nothing I've tried appears to help. I have a friend who uses the 50cal, and is having the exact same issue. Any ideas?
