[2023] Lost Exotics during game issues

I lost almost all of my exotics while the Division 2 had issues. I have 4 characters and checked them all but i am missing the most of them and this is the type of issue that makes people stop buying and playing your game. I had all of the exotics from DC and NY and most of them were removed. I didn't have any of the raid exotics but would like my other ones back. I have played this game for a long time and it's not fair to have your items removed from your gear. Thank you for any help in advance.
