Just to confirm, this is the one in the Sewers that you are unable to access? We can certainly pass on to the team that this is still occurring in TU10.

The key should be located in the white locker box inside the tunnels. If the key isn't dropping for you, please could you send us an image/video showing this?

Could you also let us know if you are using more than one character? CommandCntrCmdr and R3klsDrv3r mention that they were able to collect the key using different characters, with CommandCntrCmdr pointing out they couldn't collect the key with the character created in NYC. Could you let us know if you created your character in NYC or in DC?
