Is this a bug? I have done this mission on Challenging, then Hard, then reset it so the mission looked blue on the map and did it on Hard again. It also matches no Projects. Is this a bug?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with your Pathway Park mission. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us.
I wasn't able to find any similar reports of this behaviour occurring in-game. To help us look into this further, would you be able to provide us with a video that shows you completing this mission on Hard difficulty, and that you are still unable to earn the daily rewards from this? This video will be helpful for further investigation.
I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
Additionally, can you let us know if this is the only mission affected, or if you're encountering the same issue with other missions.
