If you are being revived by Revive Hive and an enemy is shooting Riot Foam at a teammate near you or at your downed state - you can become "Permanently" riot foamed with no way to break free if riot foam gets applied before you are revived.

Just to confirm, does this only occur with the Revive Hive? Does it occur every time or at specific/random points?
