[2023] game resetted progress on its own

hey guys. so,i haven't played div 2 in like 1 year or so and when updated it today and tried to play all my progress and characters are not there as if I just bought the game. it gave me only two options, to either a new campaign or start from warlords of new york. would appreciate it if someone helps
