Just brought the new york DLC yesterday after AFK for months. Installed the game, launch, MIKE-01, server maintenance. Wait for a day, server up, fire up the game, MIKE-01, retried a dozen times, failed. Went to support page, ask me to sign-in again which took forever, WHY?! I was already signed-in. Went to twitter support, PMed @Ubisoft Support 5 hours later no response.
Did everything on the troubleshooting list. Still can connect to the server.
Am I banned? I heard that 1.5 million players get banned because of glitch exploit including players were AFK during that period.
Theoretically, my computer is fine. I just played Ghost Recon Breakpoint with no problem.
