I had no crashing after the TU16 update, but now over the past three days the game is freezing and switching from full screen to window mode.

Hello everyone. I'm sorry to hear that you all are experiencing a lot of crashing issues, but I would like to collect some system information as well as suggest some troubleshooting for crashing issues.

For your system information please let me know --

  1. Your Processor
  2. Your Graphics Card
  3. The amount of RAM you have in your PC
  4. Whether you are on Windows 7, 10, or 11
  5. What type of hard drive the game is installed on.


For troubleshooting please try the following --

  1. The basic PC troubleshooting guide.
  2. Disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay.


Please let me know if this troubleshooting has any positive imapct on the crashing frequency.
