I'm probably being dense, but I posted this over on Reddit and no-one pointed out anything stupid I was doing, so I think I have a problem with acquiring this item
Short version: I have the 4 parts for the exotic holster and need to go back to the BoO and get the Showdown at High noon Saloon project. But the projects person does not have that as project I can take, nor is there a project I can hand in. What do I need to do to progress?
Long version: I've been playing this game on and off (more off than on) since launch and have long forgotten all the things I have or have not done. Yesterday I learned about the Dodge City Gunslinger's exotic holster, so I read up on how to acquire it. I have to acquire a total of 4 parts from level 4 control point bosses. Checking my inventory I see I have them all already.
This presumably means at some point I blindly took the task and have progressed it without realising. I notice though that I have no project about collecting these parts, but I'm not sure if there should be one. One person on Reddit suggested I should probably have a specific quest for this, but I do not, and I can't see any way of getting it.
The next step once I have the components, according to online guides, is to return to the White House to turn in the components and get the "Showdown at High Noon Saloon" project. I can't for the life of me work out where to turn in the components, and the Projects person does not have that project available for me to do. I don't have the project on my projects list. I believe the person next to the crafting bench (Inaya al-Khaliq) is where the quest line initially starts, but going back to her there are no options I can see to progress anything (nor buy anything).
I have also checked for the 5th component you get after doing the High Noon project (Holster: Rind), in case I'd completed it and forgotten, but it's not in my inventory. I checked the crafting bench and the recipe is not known.
I'm completely stuck, I can neither get a project for this, or complete a project I don't have despite having all the parts from the project (can you even get these if you don't have the necessary project?). I've spoken to every NPC in the White House and I can't work out how to progress beyond this point.
I have the WoNY expansion, 1 level 40 character, 1 level 31 boosted character who needs to do the expansion, and 1 level 4 character. None of them have the project as far as I can tell, assuming I should have one for this.

- Inverted Leather Holster
- Oiled Hammer Guards

I'm sorry to see that you're stuck while trying to obtain the next project for this holster. It doesn't look like this exact issue has been reported previously, so I'll need to collect a few details from you.
