There needs to be a out of bounds zone for NPC's when doing different activities and missions. If I'm defending a control point the NPC shouldn't be able to run 6 blocks down the street and around 3 buildings

Notable offenders: throwers, controllers, and wireless operators. Every other archetypes are fine.
