First please take the time to work through these steps:

• Install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
• Verify the game files
• End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
• Unplug non-essential peripherals (additional monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
• Clear the Ubisoft Connect cache
• Then tackle all of the steps in this FAQ article for good measure

Once those are completed successfully if you have another crash while trying to play the old missions, please log in to our website and submit a new support case for this issue.
