We don't need more raids. We need more endgame activities that will engage the vast majority of players who don't care about raiding at all.

having raids in the game is fine, but should be the last and lowest priority.

That's an interesting take on Survival. From what I've read people seemed to like it most for the unique feel and that it seemed to test your game knowledge more than typical play. But, like with most things, I imagine it comes down to largely personal preference. What was your favorite activity within the Division (1) endgame?
