Can you let us know if you saw a server shutdown message in your game before the error occured? If yes, then this is normal and we would like you to log back into the game

If you did not see a message, please run the connectivity troubleshooting for your platform

Please also let us know how often you encounter this problem and if you get it at a certain location in the game.
