Hi,

I'm currently unable to access multiplayer, additional content and Kenway's Fleet in Assassin's Creed 4 - Black Flag.

They were working fine earlier today, but now the relevant tabs are greyed out on the menu screen and trying to access Kenway's Fleet from within the game returns the message 'The Ubisoft server is not available at this time'. The only thing that has changed in the meantime is that Ubisoft Connect updated.

Any advice on how resolve this, or anyone else encountering this issue?

Hey folks!

I've done a little more digging on our end and there is indeed a problem here - these servers are not officially shut down but we're investigating some issues on our end which is preventing you guys from accessing online services in the game.

I don't have an ETA but this is being looked into. I'm sorry for the confusion and appreciate your patience!
