I bought a couple of the apparel DLC's and it says it is unlocked through uplay but I don't know where they are? attached is a pic of receipt? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thx ahead of time 🙂

Thanks for reaching out about your purchase!

As this purchase is already completed, you should be access it from the in-game apparel menu - have you tried navigating to your apparel section from the game paused screen? If your items are still missing, can you please check if they're posted to your stash, by any chance?

As @Noxious81 pointed out, the DLC you have purchased in your screenshot is for The Division 1. Are you busy playing the first Division game or second Division game? Please let me know so I can move this thread to the correct section.

Hey @MusBleedJu as you have purchased the DLC content for the wrong game, I would recommend getting in touch with us for a refund.

I can not guarantee your refund will be approved as the DLC was purchased some time ago, but we have a process for these things so it is worth getting in touch with us about it.
