I'm trying to complete this is madness -> defeat enemies while they r confused...I'm trying to do it at grand Washington hotel I only got 2 kills confirmed it is not working now...I'm I doing something wrong or was it patched? Also the exclamtion mark is not appearing above their heads anymore.
