[2021] What should the red icon mean while ping/loss is fine?

- Social icon is red


- Connection info is perfect



But the game feels like I have a latency of 200-300ms, gameplay is choppy.

Any idea what does the red wifi sign mean if it isn't connected to ping/packet loss values?
