[2019] Unwavering Talent....i

is not dropping in game. I spent 8 hours grinding on projects, invaded missions, Hunters, and Bounties, AND NOT ONCE DID I GET "UNWAVERING" for my Daily Project.

Is this a bug, or is the RNG just that BAD??
