SHD level 823 and have played White Oak a million times. For the last week it gives me no difficulty option other than “story”.
One interesting observation is that when i fast travel to white oak I sometimes see all the difficulty options for a split second, then it seems to send me to a different server and the spinning loading screen (percentage) pops up.
Anybody seeing this issue?
