[2020] Season Pass is bugged out

So I had purchased 2250 premium credits in order to round out my season pass and finish it off. Upon purchasing the remaining levels on my pass I checked my inventory to find that more than half of the rewards I shouldve received were missing, perplexed, I tried the old logout and log back in trick, I checked again to find that my season pass had been set back to 87 and that both my credits and the rewards I shouldve got were both missing, so not only did I lose out on nearly $30 worth of in game currency, my season pass is right back where I started. Ubisoft I would like either a refund or my rewards.
