[2022] PS4/PS5 Countdown Character Freezing Issue

Countdown character freezing issue around the final rewards chest right when extraction phase begins. After character freezes the game crashes. This is happening to PS4/PS5 console players very regularly, 2 to 4 out of 10 countdown runs. Not sure about other consoles or PC players.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing freezes and crashes towards the final reward chest in the Countdown mode of The Division 2. So we can forward this issue to our dev tea, could you provide the following information?

Do you encounter these issues only when playing Countdown in parties or when queueing up solo as well?
Do you just get disconnected from the game and receive an error, or does the game crash entirely?
