I dismantled my exotic holster by accident, and it's impossible to craft it again.
The first item (fast leather belt) doesn't drop anymore, and neither does the item from a True Son's level 4 control point (the inverted leather holster.)
The other two items (ornate leather holster + oiled hammer guards) do still drop from level 4 control points.
