[2022] Missing Data No Characters

I have recently ran into an old friend that has asked me to download Division 2 again so that we may play. I finished downloading the game and noticed that when I logged in I was greeted with a “Start the game” screen that led to it asking me if I would like to start at D.C or New York as if I had 0 characters out of the 5 that I had. I have deleted and reinstalled the game restarted my PS5 and even waited to later in the day to see if my data would return and sadly it has not.
