I activated the game and when I try to play it says i need the full game and says my trial is over as i brought it in result of playing
We wouldn't usually recommend purchasing from unofficial sources - we have a support article showing our approved digital vendors, here.
That said, I'd like to help with this anyway. Can you send me across a screenshot of exactly what happens when you try to use the key, so I can see what it says?
