I'm level 22 now and the only way I can get named enemies to spawn is by joining my friends. I am also not getting any gold drops while they have been getting them since level 17. Any ideas? Have a missed something to initiate the spawn?

Also, you mentioned re-installing the game. Have you tried restoring your licenses?
