[2022] UNLOCKED seasonal skill VARIANTS should be ACCOUNT-WIDE

I have all unlockable seasonal skill variants on my first character.
When starting a new character those additional skill variants cannot be unlocked and are therefore missing indefinitely.
WHY?

EVERYTHING in TD2 is (purchasable to be) ACCOUNT-WIDE.
This should be too!
