[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Shooting Galery / Missions: Can't Change Difficulty

I can't change MISSION difficulty except for in the map or the Shooting Galery / general difficulty in the corridor next to the door in the shooting gallery but only in the stations. I am not certain when it started but surely after the last update. I have 2 characters, one Tier V and the other one VI and can't do it on either. I have looked everywhere for help. I verified that the in map option to change difficulty can be done in the map, but not in the missions menu when you are to replay them. You can select the other difficulties and the checkmark appears, but it just goes back to Normal when you exit the choice manu. Help Help Help..... very much appreciated.
