[2022] Crashes since i installed the pts...

Like the title say, before i installed the pts, the game runs smooth without troubles.
Yesterday i played all the day the pts and runs ok.
Today i decided to continue with the real game and start with crashes, issues with Visual++, freezed screens still hearing the sounds of the game.
In one oportunity, for the first time in my life in division, shows a screen with a dialog to send a crash report!!! i'm so happy to see that.. but it was just an illusion, because, at the next crash, the message of error was "failed to connect to the crash report log" Whaaaaaat????
Then i try to deactivate de directx12, without solution...
I don't know if this problem came about of the install of the pts or what, but i'm very frustrated with this, today was a full deception and i not have any clue of what's happen!

The PTS runs perfectly, but now the real game is crashed.... it has no sense
