I am playing via Nvidia GForce Now

Yesterday I went with 4 other agents to the pentagone Heroic mode we tried to achieve the project of the day

There was incredible lag between the moment you you press fire and the moment the weapon started to shoot.
Competences faced issues as well
Movement of the pnj were awful

Countdown is still not fix, lagg, no spawn crashes

After completing the mission we went to Darpa in challenge mode, no enemy showed up
we were stuck in the first room

Can I remind you that player of the game actually are customers of a product and service, delivering a malfunctionning product in the any industry leads to compensation (most of the time financial compensation)
I am a software enginneer in a totally different branch (ERP) and if we deliver a bad piece of code or something that doesn't work we either put the hours to fix it within the day, or we have to compensate or we are being prosecuted.
Can you please take your customers seriously, and be professionnal test your product before delivering anything, plus, make an active support and add good communication.
The game is more and more bugged, updates are more and more putting error and all the players have been told once at least by the support that it was their PC ...
