Is this a known issue at all?

Past week I've attempted to buy Premium Credits but all I get is the "Thank you for your Purchase" pop up... I don't get taken to any payment confirmation screen OR receive any email confirmation and...obviously...money isn't taken from my account (that I have noticed anyway!).

If this isn't a known issue, I'll log with general support.

Hi quinch1199! I'm sorry to hear about this issue you're having with purchasing Premium Credits. Please be aware that sometimes credit purchases may be delayed because of problems with payment provider services. As such, we do suggest allowing 24 hours to pass in order to determine if the purchase has gone through successfully or not. If you are still unable to purchase these credits or are missing credits that have already been purchased, please get in touch with our technical teams via our support website or over Facebook/Twitter for continued assistance.
