I have to kill some Rikers and some Cleaners, but there is none. It's all Black Tusk, Outcasts and everyone else but the ones you need.

Also, apologies that you were having trouble with this weekly. Were you able to eventually get it completed? Did you try the steps that @social-phobia suggested?
