[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Bug in menus Annoying scrolling bug?

I'm not sure if this is happening to everyone but on some of the tabs in the menus it scrolls through everything. For instance on the weapon's tab it quickly scroll through every weapon making an annoying noise as it does so.

Its not a game breaker or anything just very annoying.

Luckily it sorts itself out straight away and you can scroll fine through the tabs but as you have to go through the menus so often it really does your head in.

I have disconnected controllers and stuff but it still happens?
