[2020] fixing the diamondback's talent target in shooting range

it's simple u can't test it properly and easily as the target it marked may be the floor, the bar, or anything else that is the the target in the shooting range, so u can't test this talent properly. it should be easily to solve, if a player is at first desk, the game should always allocated this talent to the target in the middle, not right side etc. pls solve it , Massive, this is the place to test talents etc, it need to be working properly
