I think it goes without saying that this certainly shouldn't be happening!
Please may we know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?
And have you attempted any of the troubleshooting steps in our guide, including verifying the game files?

Do you have any form of anti aliasing active, regarding the first issue you mentioned?
If so, can you turn it off, to see if that resolves the flickering?
In regards to the other issues, or should the flickering still persist, I would advise contacting us directly via our support website, so we can take a closer look.
When you do, please provide you system files. We should be able to continue our investigation from there.
