[2023] [Bug] New weapons are dropping too often in Countdown

If I pick marksman rifles as my targeted loot and do a Countdown run, how many runs should it take before I get the new "Relic" rifle to drop? If you guessed "1" you'd be right.

Currently, each CD run will drop anywhere between 3-5 Relics. I understand that the devs are excited to give players this new weapon but this is just absurd and it makes farming very patronizing. I was farming for White Death and while I did get two to drop, the game spat out 23 Relics.

This was the same problem when Picaro's Holster went live. The game kept dropping 3-5 holsters during each run.
