[2022] Compensation cache has no been received

Hi There, I play Div 2 on both Xbox Series X and PS5 and even though I had only 1 expertise level on the Xbox and maybe a couple of upgrades to guns, I logged in on the first night of the compensations and I received a message that I had received a compensation Cache. All good so I fired up the PS5 account which was Expertise Level 4 rolled back to 3 with multiple gun and gear upgrades but I have not received the compensation cache on that account yet. I use the same User Tag on both accounts so I am wondering if maybe because I signed in on the xbox first that this one got the cache that maybe the PS5 should have? The PS account is currently the one I am using mostly but I do have a higher SHD level on the Xbox
