i am playing The Measure of a Norseman quest after completing the Speak To Finner game stating load and start New Quest Test Your Metal after it nothing happens i could not draw weapons and even not move, just i can rotate camera and hearing people voices.

Are you able to load an earlier save before you started the quest and try again?
If that's not possible could you please provide a video to show that you are unable to move or draw your weapons and also view your quest log screen to show your active quests.
