Thanks for trying the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting article @MisterFibble I am sorry to hear they have not improved your connection and you have faced this issue for some time. If you would like we could open a support ticket for you and gather some more connection details such as NAT, forwarded ports, and traceroute to see if we can further diagnose where the problem is coming from and why you keep being switched datacentres. if you'd like us to do this for you please let us know, you can also create a ticket about this yourself using this link > https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact
