...all 34 charges went to 0 in like 2 seconds...better fix this soon, there are many people as me that prefer a support / healer playstyle and with the hive at this state dont motivate us to keep on playing.

I dont mind once in a while switching roles, especially if i get in a group via matchmaking that already has a healer in it...in those situation i change to my dps build and help the team, but being forced to play all the time as other roles im not a fan of is ludicrous!

You have made in the past "emergency" mantainances or patches for things that werent really anything gamebraking but for this issue you havent done a thing yet?! Havent even acknowledge its existence on the bugs list.
